Brochure Matching

A matching activity using junk mail.

What you need:

Two matching advertising brochures, magazines or catalogues

• Scrap book
• Scissors
• Glue

What to do:

When you next receive some advertising brochures in your mail box ask your neighbours if you can have theirs also (toy catalogues are great for this activity).

Cut out lots of pictures from one catalgue and paste a picture to each page of the scrap book leaving the opposite page blank.

Give your children the other catalogue to look through.  When they find a matching pciture, they cut it out and past it opposite its pair.
